Antelope Valley Community Concerts Association

For more than 78 years, the Antelope Valley Community Concerts Association (AVCCA) has been a vibrant cornerstone of cultural life in the Antelope Valley region of Southern California. Founded as part of a broader national movement to bring accessible, high-quality live music to local communities, AVCCA has proudly enriched the lives of residents and visitors through the power of performance.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to presenting a diverse array of musical experiences — from classical and jazz to popular and tribute artists — that celebrate both timeless favorites and fresh interpretations. All our concerts take place at the beautiful Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC) in Lancaster, California, creating a welcoming space where music connects generations and builds community.
Our Mission
At AVCCA, we believe live music has the unique ability to inspire, uplift, and unite people. Our mission is to make exceptional musical entertainment accessible and affordable while nurturing the next generation of artists and audiences. Each season, we sponsor programs for local youth, introducing them to the “joyful magic of live musical entertainment” and helping sustain a thriving arts community in the Antelope Valley.
What We Offer
Our annual membership model makes it easy and economical to enjoy world-class performances. For just $90 (adults) or $20 (youth 17 and under), members receive tickets to all four main concerts in the season. As an added benefit, membership grants reciprocal access to concerts presented by other Community Concert associations throughout Southern California and neighboring areas — extending the value of your support far beyond our valley.
Single tickets are also available through the LPAC Box Office, with student rush options offered at a special rate. Whether you prefer the heartfelt soft rock/pop-rock legacy of a Chicago Tribute, the country, rock, folk, calypso, and pop sounds of Jimmy Buffett, the contemporary folk of The Brothers Four, or the opera, musical theatre, and pop-opera stylings of the Three International Tenors, our seasons blend nostalgia, virtuosity, and pure entertainment.
A Legacy of Connection
Over seven decades, AVCCA has weathered changes in the music industry and the community itself, yet our commitment remains unchanged: to deliver memorable evenings of live music that bring people together. We are grateful to our dedicated volunteers, loyal members, generous sponsors, and the talented artists who grace our stage. Together, we keep the tradition of community concerts alive and vibrant.
